Art Instructor · December 2018–2022
Senior Faculty · Late 2022–December 2023- Taught children, teenagers and adults across drawing, painting, watercolour and art fundamentals, including Maharashtra Elementary and Intermediate Drawing Grade preparation and support for design entrance examinations.
- Progressed to Senior Faculty in late 2022, taking greater responsibility for adult and Grade batches, curriculum planning, student development, faculty mentoring and program continuity.
- Planned demonstrations, learning sequences and individual development paths, combining fundamentals with observation, art history, experimentation, composition and student-led interests. Continued teaching adult learners online through 2023, including students from other cities and countries.
- Led workshops and contributed to public programs, student exhibitions and installations, including the Sheil Sadwelkar retrospective at Maha-Utsav 2022, Art Beat 2022, VCW Metro Show! Art is on the Move 2022, and Ways to Remember 2023.
- Represented VCW through parent orientations, live demonstrations, visitor engagement, public discussions and moderated conversations. In her final year, mentored incoming faculty and transitioned responsibility for adult and Grade batches.
